猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征的诊断及防治

摘要

[目的]减轻猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征对养猪业的危害.[方法]对某猪场病死猪进行病理剖检,采集痛猪肺脏、脾脏和淋巴等组织,经过研磨、冻融、加双抗、离心后取上清液.[结果]采用RT-PCR方法进行实验室检测.结合病死症状及实验室结果,初步确定为感染PRRSV;根据室验室结果,采取相应的防治措施,已取得了较理想的效果.[结论]该研究为今后猪感染高致病蓝耳病的诊断及防治提供了重要依据.%[Objective] The research aimed to relieve the harm of blue-eared pig disease to swine industry. [Method] Pathologic autopsy of swine died from illness was carried out. After collecting lung, spleen, lymph tissue, etc. from body of swine,we run grind,freeze thawing, adding double-antibody,and centrifugalization, then aspirated supernate. [Result] With the detection of RT-PCR,combining the symptom of death,PRRSV infection was determined preliminarily. According to the experimentResults,prevention measures were adopted and correspondingly fairly ideal effect was obtained. [Conclusion] The research provided important basis for diagnosis and prevention of highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS).
