基于科技创新战略的苏北农业发展研究

摘要

With the impact of the global financial crisis,it has the deep influence on the world economy of agricultural technological innovation strategy at the same time.North Jiangsu Province has a greater influence,but also gives the north of Jiangsu Province agricultural technological innovation and opportunities.With the development of technology,the world's agricultural competitiveness was not a single product of the competition,but the entire agricultural industry competition.North of Jiangsu Province accounting for about half of the agricultural added value should be at the industrialization of agriculture model,farm structure,infrastructure and marketing systems of innovation in order to change challenges into opportunities.Along with the international competitiveness of domestic and international trend of domestic competition,it is necessary to enhance agricultural competitiveness,and improve agriculture on the contribution of farmers' income,the key is focusing on the entire agricultural industry chain and technological innovation strategy,and enhance technological innovation capacity.%阐述世界经济在受到全球金融危机冲击的同时,苏北农业科技创新战略也受到较大的影响,但同时也给苏北农业科技创新带来机遇.随着科技的发展,世界的农业竞争,不单是产品的竞争,而且是整个农业产业体系的竞争.苏北约占江苏省农业增加值一半,应在农业产业化模式、农产品结构体系、基础设施和市场营销体系等方面进行创新,方能变挑战为机遇.伴随着国际竞争国内化、国内竞争国际化趋势,要增强农业竞争力,提高农业对农民增收的贡献度,关键在于着眼整个农业产业链和科技创新战略,增强科技创新能力.
