四季草莓不同叶龄叶片15N的吸收与运转

         

摘要

[Objective] The characteristics of 15N absorption, partition and translocation in ever bearer (Fragaria ananassa duch Selva) were studied to improve the quality of strawberry. [Methods] l5N-labelled urea was daubed on old leaves, young leaves and functional leaves respectively before that were determined for analyzing the law of absorption and translocation of nitrogen. [ Results ] The top rate of15 N absorption and utilization was 36.9% (functional leaves) ,the lowest was 31.9% (young leaves) and 32.9% (old leaves) was placed in the middle. With different treatments, the rate of 15N distribution of every organ was different. The lowest rate of "N distribution (10. 43% ) and NDFF (8. 94% ) was in bud and fruit with functional leaves treaded . The rate of 15N distribution of every organ was low, because of limited total nitrogen nutrition. [Conclusion] In all leaves, the functional leaves played an important role in foliar fertilizer. Nitorgen that absorbed by functional leaves was moved quickly to other organs for supporting strawberry plant.%[目的] 探讨四季草莓不同叶龄叶片的氮素吸收与运转规律,为提高四季草莓的生产品质提供理论和数据支持.[方法] 应用15N根外追肥与示踪技术,分别对功能叶、老叶和幼叶进行叶面涂抹尿素溶液,通过检测功能叶、老叶、新叶、老茎、新茎和花果蕾等器官中的NDFF,分析其氮素吸收与转运规律.[结果] 不同叶龄的叶片15N 根外追肥,功能叶对15N 的吸收利用率最高,幼叶最低,老叶居中.不同试验处理植株各个器官的分配率不同,追肥处理后花果蕾的分配率最低,NDFF在各个处理中最低.[结论] 功能叶在植株根外追肥中起到非常重要的作用,且氮素被功能叶吸收后能较快速的运转到其他器官,提供植株所需要的营养.
