PVA微滤膜处理微污染原水的研究

         

摘要

[Objective] The feasibility of the treatment of micro-polluted water based on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) membrane was studied. [ Method] The effects of the treatment of micro-polluted water using the direct microfiltration process and coagulation/microfiltration process were investigated, and the cleaning methods of the membrane were discussed. [Result] The coagulation/microfiltration process was more effective than the direct microfiltration process both in improving treated water quality and reducing membrane fouling. The removal rate of turbidity, UV254 and NH3-H were 98.1% , 86. 1% and 67.5% , respectively. [Conclusion] Coagulation could improve membrane performance and enhance removal of organics, and coagulation/microfiltration process had good popularization value.%[目的]研究聚乙烯醇微滤膜应用于处理微污染原水的可行性.[方法]考察直接微滤与混凝-微滤组合工艺2种方式对微污染原水处理效果的影响,并对膜清洗方式进行探讨.[结果]混凝-微滤组合工艺在改善水质与缓解膜污染方面均优于直接微滤,出水水质中浊度、有机物、氨氮去除率分别为98.1%、86.1%与67.5%.[结论]混凝作为预处理可有效改善膜的过滤性能,提高有机物的去除效果.混凝-微滤组合工艺具有很好的推广价值.
