统筹城乡背景下我国社会保障制度公平与效率问题研究

摘要

首先探讨了社会保障的公平与效率之争,然后介绍了我国社会保障制度中存在的不公平问题,重点指出农村、农民工群体社会保障制度的不公平问题,最后提出统筹城乡背景下我国社会保障制度的改革对策.%The dispute between equity and efficiency of social security was discussed, and the inequities in China' s social security system were introduced. It highlighted the inequities in the rural areas and migrant workers social security system. Finally, the countermeasures of China' s social security reform under overall planning of the urban and rural were put forward.
