[Objective]The research aimed to provide reference for the popularization and application of Astragalus polysaccharide and lentinan in the aquatic feeds. [ Method] Different dose of Astragalus polysaccharide and lentinan were added in the feed of Ctenopharyngodon idellus to analyze their effects on the non-specific immunity function of C. idellus. [Result] Compared with control group, Astragalus polysaccharide could increase lysozyme activity in serum, AKP activity in serum, SOD activity in serum, complement C3 content and phagocytic activity of leucocytes, decrease the content of MDA. But low dose of Astragalus polysaccharide couldn' t increase lysozyme activity and complement C3 content in serum. Lentinan could increase lysozyme activity in serum, AKP activity in serum, complement C3 content and phagocytic activity of leucocytes, decrease the content of MDA, but it couldn't increase SOD activity in serum. [ Conclusion ] Adding Astragalus polysaccharide and lentinan in the feed both had certain promotion on the non-specific immunity function of C. idellus.%[目的]为黄芪多糖和香菇多糖在水产饲料中的推广和应用提供参考.[方法]在草鱼饲料中分别添加不同剂量的黄芪多糖和香菇多糖,分析其对草鱼非特异性免疫功能的影响.[结果]与对照组相比,黄芪多糖能提高血清溶菌酶、血清碱性磷酸酶、血清超氧化物岐化酶活性、补体C3含量和白细胞吞噬活性,降低丙二醛含量.但是,低剂量黄芪多糖不能提高血清溶茵酶活性和补体C3含量.香菇多糖能提高血清溶菌酶活性、血清碱性磷酸酶、补体C3含量和白细胞吞噬活性,降低丙二醛含量,但不能提高血清超氧化物岐化酶活性.[结论]饲料中添加黄芪多糖和香菇多糖均对草鱼的非特异性免疫功能具有一定的促进作用.
