基于激光测距的原木材积自动计量系统的设计

             

摘要

针对大型林场原木材积计量中存在的人工检验效率低、误差大、强度大等问题,设计了一种林场原木材积自动计量系统.系统通过激光测距技术获取原木外轮廓包络面积,结合磁钢车轮传感器检测到的装载原木车厢速度和长度数据进行累计求和获得原木外包络体积,最后通过分析原木的堆叠模型确定合适的体积材积比从而计算出原木材积.%In response to the problem of the inefficiency, large error and intensity of work of artificial measuring the log volume in large forest farm, an automatic measuring system of log volume was designed. The system acquired the log profile area via the laser measuring technology, and by combining with the velocity data and the length data which belonged to the carrying logs carriage were obtained by sensors on magnetic steel wheels. In the end, the log volume was calculated by the appropriate ratio between the profile volume and actual volume which was acquired by analyzing the log stack mode.
