夏蜡梅光合作用对生长环境光强的响应

         

摘要

[ Objective]The aim was to study the photosynthetic responses of Sinocalycanthus chinensis to light environments,so as to determine favorable habitat conditions for the conservation of endangered species. [ Method ] For S. Chinensis, we compared photosynthetic responses and diurnal changes under controlled light regimes including high light(HL) ,middle light(ML) ,and low light(LL). [ Result] The photosynthetic capacity of 5. Chinensis was consistent with other shade-tolerant species. The light-saturated rates of photosynthesis of the experimental plants were the highest under ML,but significantly declined under HL. HL treatment also resulted in higher light compensation point,light saturation point and dark respiration rate,lower apparent quantum yield and diurnal mean value of net photosynthetic rates. [Conclusion] The canopy conditions at levels of 50% sunlight are optimal for S. Chinensis growth and should be considered in management and reintroduction efforts for this species.%[目的]研究不同光环境下夏蜡梅的光合作用响应,以确定其适宜的生境.[方法]在3种人工设置的光环境下,即高光强(HL)、中等高光强(ML)和低光强(LL)下,研究夏蜡梅的光合作用响应和光合日变化.[结果]夏蜡梅的光合能力与一些耐阴植物相当,其最大净光合速率在ML下最大,显著高于HL、LL下的;;HL下夏蜡梅的光补偿点、光饱和点和暗呼吸速率最高,表观量子效率和日均净光合速率最低.[结论]ML环境时夏蜡梅植株的生长较为有利,这对夏蜡梅的管理与引种具有指导作用.
