广西热带岩溶区苹婆幼树光合蒸腾特性研究

         

摘要

[ Objective ] The aim of this paper was to study the photosynthesis and transpiration characteristics of S. nobililis seedlings under different water conditions. [ Method ] The effect of water stress on the net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomata conduct, intercellular arbon dioxide concentration and water use efficiency of 1-year old seedlings of S. nobililis was studied by pot experiment. [ Result ] There were significant difference in net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomata conduct and water use efficiency of the S. nobililis seedlings under pot experiment of different water conditions. The condition of long-term water stress generated the decreasing ofthe net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomata conduct of seedlings obviously, whereas increasing the water use efficiency. [ Conclusion ] The S. nobililis belong to a tree of lower photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate and water use efficiency.%[目的]探讨北热带岩溶区主要树种苹婆幼树的光合蒸腾特性.[方法]利用1年生苹婆实生苗,经盆栽和控水试验,研究其净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO浓度、水分利用效率等的变化.[结果]长期干旱胁迫和正常供水的苹婆幼树,其净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水分利用效率有极显著差异,干旱胁迫将导致净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度显著降低,而水分利用效率有所提高.[结论]苹婆属于光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率较低的树种.
