[目的]通过对引进的几个桑品种的原蚕饲育成绩进行了初步调查,研究云南省主要桑树品种对原蚕饲育成绩的影响.[方法]用不同桑品种在相同饲育条件下分别饲养原蚕,测定调查龄期经过、蛹期经过、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率、幼虫生命率、虫蛹统一生命率、死笼率、单蛾产卵数、单蛾良卵数、良卵率等指标.[结果]蚕期发育经过及幼虫生命率、虫蛹统一生命率等无显著差异；但死笼率盛东1号较高,育71-1较低的倾向.春期用育71-1的桑叶饲育原蚕的全茧量、茧层量均高于对照,茧层率略高于对照.[结论]春期原蚕繁育用桑适宜选择的桑品种依次为育71-1、农桑14号、湖桑32号、盛东1号；秋期原蚕繁育用桑适宜选择的桑品种依次为湖桑32号、育71-1、农桑14号、盛东1号.%[ Objective] To investigate and analyze the rearing performance of original silkworms with several mulberry varieties which were introduced by our institute. [ Method] The silkworms were reared with different varieties of mulberry under the same conditions. Their larval duration , pupal duration, whole cocoon weight, cocoon layer weight, cocoon layer ratio, survival rate of larva, dead worm cocoons ratio, spawning, good eggs per moth, etc. were investigated. [Result] There were no significant differences among the duration of larval, the survival rate of larva and the survival rate of pupa; but the dead worm cocoons ratio was higher with the mulberry varieties of Shengdong 1 to rear the silkworms, and lower with the mulberry varieties of Yu 71-1. The whole cocoon weight, cocoon layer weight and cocoon layer ratio of Yu 71-1 were also higher than control. [Conclusion] The suitable mulberry varieties to rear spring silkworms were in order as follows: Yu 71-1, Nongsang 14, Husang 32, Shengdong 1, and the varieties to rear autumn silkworms were Husang 32, Yu 71-1 , Nongsang 14, Shengdong 1.
