[Objective] The aim was to study the optimum temperature and semilethal temperature of Paraurostyla weissei. [Method] Using the conventional determination methods for protozoan,the optimum temperature and semilethal temperature of P. weissei were studied. [Result] Temperature had significant effects on the divisive speed of P. weissei(P <0. 05). The divisive speed of P. weissei was fast at 22 ℃ and its daily divisive times was 2.456 ± 0.706. [ Conclusion ] The optimum temperature of P. weissei was 22 ℃ and its semilethal temperature was 36 ℃.%[目的]研究魏氏拟尾柱虫的最适温度以及半致死温度.[方法]采用原生动物通用的测定方法,研究魏氏拟尾柱虫的最适温度以及半致死温度.[结果]温度对魏氏拟尾柱虫的分裂速度具有显著影响(P<0.05).在22℃下魏氏拟尾柱虫的分裂速度最快,日平均分裂次数为(2.456±0.706)次/d.[结论]魏氏拟尾柱虫的最适温度为22℃,半致死温度为36℃.
