“清旺”富硒植物营养素对春小麦产量构成及籽粒硒含量的影响

         

摘要

[Objective]In order to clear the influences of ear nitrogen fertilizer application period on the quality of japonica rice.[Method]Under the test conditions of applying 225 kg nitrogen per hectare field, the influences of ear nitrogen fertilizer application period on the quality of japonica rice of Zhengdao No. 5 and Yujing No. 6 were studied.[Result]Ear nitrogen fertilizer application period had significant effects on rice quality. That applying ear nitrogen fertilizer at heading stage could improve Zhengdao No. 5' s quality, but had different effects on pro cessing quality and appearance quality of Yujing No. 6, and for processing quality in the top 3rd leaf stage was the best, and for appearance quality in the heading stage was the best.[Conclusion]Ear nitrogen fertilizer application period has a certain effects on japonica rice quality.%[目的]研究“清旺”富硒植物营养素对春小麦(Triticum aestivum Linn.)产量构成及籽粒硒含量的影响,明确“清旺”在小麦上的应用价值.[方法]2010年选取5个宁夏选育小麦品种(系)为宁春50号、CB037、宁春4号、N2038、宁春47号为材料,2011年为宁春50号、N618、宁春4号、N2038、宁春47号.小麦灌浆初期叶面喷施“清旺”富硒植物营养素,每品种设计喷施和未喷施(对照)2种处理.室内考种测试小麦穗长、结实小穗数、穗粒数、穗粒重、千粒重、饱满度、小区产量等.取成熟籽粒250 g寄送宁夏农林科学院农产品质量检测中心测试硒含量.[结果]2010、2011年喷施处理产量比没喷施对照平均增产2.60%,穗粒数平均增加1.52粒,穗粒重平均增加0.09g,千粒重平均降低0.21 g,说明喷施硒肥对小麦产量具有一定的影响,但增产效果不明显;喷施处理对小麦穗部穗长、结实小穗、不结实小穗影响不大;喷施处理中籽粒硒含量均明显增加,高于对照8倍以上.[结论]通过喷施硒肥提高小麦籽粒硒含量,提高食品中的硒含量是可行的,通过合理安全适宜的叶面喷施硒肥技术,可以达到提高小麦产量和籽粒品质的目的.
