悬铃果毛制备活性炭纤维及其在褪色上的应用

     

摘要

[Objective]Study the optimum preparation conditions of activated carbon fiber made from plane tree cones,and the influence of factors on adsorption effect. [ Method ] This experiment soak plane tree cones in the activator, through the preoxidation, carbonization and activation process,come to activated carbon, the influence of pH,adsorption dose,temperature on the adsorption effect were studied. [ Result] Soak l0h in 15% activator(NH4)2HPO4 concentration,preoxidation 30 min at 200 ℃ .carbonize 40 min in Muffle furnace at 800 ℃ without oxygen,the heating rate is 10 ℃/min. Finally,activation with saturated water vapor,a good performance activated carbon could be obtained. [Conclusion] Absorption capacity of methyl orange could get 83.56 mg/g. The influence degree sequence of various factors on the adsorption performance was activation method > carbonization temperature > carbonization time > activator concentration.%[目的]研究悬铃果毛制备活性炭纤维的最佳制备条件,及各因素对吸附效果的影响.[方法]以悬铃果毛纤维为材料,采用正交试验方法研究用活化剂浸泡后,经过预氧化、碳化、活化处理后制得活性炭纤维的性能,并研究pH、吸附剂量、温度等对吸附效果的影响.[结果]在活化剂(NH4)2HPO4溶液浓度为15%时浸泡10h,在200℃下预氧化30 min,在N2保护下置于马弗炉中在800℃下炭化40 min,炭化的升温速率选择10℃/min,最后用饱和水蒸气进行活化,即得到性能良好的活性炭纤维.[结论]活性炭纤维对水体中甲基橙的吸附量为83.56 mg/g,各反应因素对吸附性能的影响程度为:活化方式>炭化时间>炭化温度>活化剂浓度.
