辽宁省跨界饮用水源生态补偿制度研究

摘要

辽宁省跨市供水普遍,全省有18个跨市供水水源地,以大伙房水源为例,分析辽宁省跨界水源地的发展困境,总结进行跨界饮用水源生态补偿的必要性,并提出建立跨界饮用水源生态补偿政策的基本思路和实施方案.%The trans-city water supply is very common in Liaoning Province,and there are totally 18 trans-city water supply sources in the whole province. With a case study of Dahuofang reservoir,the difficulties in the development of trans-city drinking water sources were analyzed,and the necessity of carrying forward the ecological compensation for trans-city drinking water sources was summarized,finally the basic ideas and scheme of establishing ecological compensation policies were proposed.
