饲料蛋白水平和动物蛋白源对克氏原螯虾存活和生长的影响

     

摘要

[Objective] The aim of this study was to provide reference for developing the special compound feed for Procambarus clarkii. [Method] The demand quantity of protein in feed for P. clarkii was discussed. And the possible effects of using insect meal as the only animal protein source on the survival, growth and ecdysis of P. clarkii were analyzed. [Result] The survival rate of P. clarkii was the highest when the protein level of fish meal was 25% and the survival rate of P. clarkii was the lowest when the protein level of fish meal was 28%. The survival rate of P. clarkii in each insect meal group was lower than that of each fish meal group. The protein level in fish meal group had significant effects on the final weight of P. clarkii(P <0. 05). Protein efficiency ratio increased with the increasing of protein level in feed and feed conversion rate was on the contrary. The specific growth rate(SGR) and ecdysis rate ol P. clarkii m each group decreased with the feeding time, and SGR in T20 group was significantly lower than that of F28 group( P <0.05). [Conclusion] The protein demand quantity in the feed of P. clarkii was about 25 % . Insect meal could replace a part of fish meal in the feed, but the survival of P. clarkii might be influenced if insect meal was taken as the only animal protein source.%[目的]为克氏原螯虾专用配合饲料的开发提供参考依据.[方法]探讨了克氏原螯虾对饲料蛋白质的需求量,并分析以昆虫粉作为唯一饲料动物蛋白源对克氏原螯虾存活、生长及蜕壳等的可能影响.[结果]鱼粉蛋白水平为25%时克氏原螯虾存活率最高,蛋白水平为28%时最低.昆虫粉组克氏原螯虾的存活率低于各鱼粉组.鱼粉组蛋白质水平对克氏原螯虾的末重具有显著影响(P<0.05).蛋白质效率(PER)随饲料蛋白质水平的提高而增加,而饲料系数(FCR)则相反.各组克氏原螯虾的特定生长率(SGR)和蜕壳率(ER)均随饲养时间的延长而降低,其中T20组SGR显著低于F28(P<0.05).[结论]克氏原螯虾的饲料蛋白需求量约为25%.昆虫粉可以部分替代鱼粉,但以昆虫粉作为该虾饲料唯一的动物蛋白源可能会影响其存活.
