利用弗兰克-卡门涅茨基模型推算稻草安全体积研究

         

摘要

[ Objective] The aim was to calculate safe straw volume using Frank-Kamenetskii Model to provide method for fire protection in forage farm. [ Method] Frank-Kamenetskii Model was used to measure Ta cr and improved by marginal temperature which is adjustable. In addition, the improved model was then used to explore effect of water content and density of baled straws on Te. [Result] Size of straw bales was the key factor determining whether spontaneous combustion would occur. For baled straws with water at 15.27% and density at 285 kg/m , Tc was 85-88 X, and safe diameter of baled straws maximized 8.2 m. In addition, straws should be stacked from south to north (or north to south) to avoid sunshine and certain space should be kept between straw bales for heat dissipation. [ Conclusion] The research is of significance for safe management of forage farm.%[目的]利用弗兰克-卡门涅茨基模型推算稻草安全体积,以期为草料场消防安全管理提供指导方法.[方法]利用弗兰克-卡门涅茨基自燃模型测定了Ta,er,以可调控的样品边缘温度改进了弗兰克-卡门涅茨基自燃模型,并用该改进模型测定了Tc,探讨了含水量以及打包密度对Tc的影响.[结果]打包稻草堆垛大小是能否发生“本身自燃”的关键因素,含水量15.27%、密度285 kg/m3打包稻草的Tc为85~88℃,最大安全堆砌直径为8.2m,堆放时应按南北走向长条排列,减少阳光照射,稻草包之间应留有间隙便于散热.[结论]该研究结果对于草料场消防安全管理有着重要意义.
