微波马弗炉测定烟草中灰分的研究

摘要

[目的]建立烟草及其制品中灰分的分析方法.[方法]准确称取1.Og烟末样品置于石英纤维坩埚中,于微波马弗炉中500℃灼烧20 min,取出置于干燥器中冷却至室温后准确称重,计算.[结果]与传统的马弗炉方法相比,灼烧时间由60 min缩短至20 min,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.01％～ 1.58％,测定结果与传统方法吻合.因仪器本身有自动排空系统,灰化过程中产生的气体不断排放,可保证实验室的环境安全.[结论]为烟草及其制品灰分的测定提供了一种简便、快捷的方法.%[Objective] To establish a new method for the determination of ash in tobacco and tobacco products. [Method] 1.0 g tobacco powder sample was weighed and placed in a quartz fibre crucible. It was ignited at 500 °C in microwave muffle furnace for 20 min, weighed accurately after cooled to room temperature and calculated. [ Result] The results of this method were fitted with the traditional method, and the ignition time was reduced from 60 to 20 min. RSD was ranged from 1. 01% to 1. 58% . Because of auto-discharge system of instrument, the gas of podzolic process was discharged continuously and the environment safety of laboratory was ensured. [ Conclusion ] A simple and fast method for the determination of ash in tobacco and tobacco products was supplied.
