以科研导师制促进食品科学与工程专业毕业论文质量提高的探索

     

摘要

The current situation and countermeasures of graduation theses in colleges and universities of China were analyzed. Moreover, according to the characteristics of Food Science and Engineering Major, a new approach based on research tutorial system was proposed for improving the quality of graduation theses and cultivating applicative oriented creative students. As a result, more perfect implementation plans were formulated and the remarkable success was achieved by reforming practice.%分析了高校本科毕业论文的现状与对策,结合食品科学与工程专业的特点,提出了以科研导师制提高本科生毕业论文质量及培养应用型人才的新途径,制订了较完善的实施方案,并经过实践取得了明显成效.
