钛酸盐纳米片的制备及其性能研究

摘要

[目的]制备一种可同时降低卷烟主流烟气中多种有害成分的钛酸盐纳米片.[方法]以TiO2为原料,制备钛酸盐纳米片,采用X射线粉末衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其进行表征及性能测试..[结果]在卷烟滤嘴中添加钛酸盐纳米片后,主流烟气中的氨、氰化氢(氢氰酸)、苯酚、巴豆醛等有害物质含量明显下降.[结论]该研究制备的钛酸盐纳米片在卷烟制造业中具有广阔的应用前景.%[Objective] The aim was to prepare titanate nano-sheets which could reduce the harmful substances of the mainstream cigarette smoke. [Method] Titanate nano-sheets were prepared with TiO2. Its properties were tested, and its structure was characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. [ Result] The harmful substances of the mainstream cigarette smoke, such as ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, phenol and crotonalde-hyde reduced when the titanate nano-sheets were added into cigarette tip. [ Conclusion] The prepared titanate nano-sheets have wide application prospects in tobacco industry.
