我国国有林场贫困的主要影响因素研究

摘要

Based on the construction of the index system of China' s state-owned forest farm' s poverty and collecting 50 state-owned forest farms' s related data, this paper studied the main influencing factors of China' s state-owned forest farm' s poverty by using the factor analysis. The results showed that the training of employees work lagged seriously and the lack of power to the support of China' s current national forest resources were the main influencing factors.%结合构建的国有林场贫困指标体系,搜集了50家国有林场的相关资料,运用因子分析法对我国国有林场贫困的主要影响因素进行研究.结果表明,职工培训工作严重滞后和森林资源支撑乏力是当前我国国有林场贫困的主要影响因子.
