渭河公园的公众满意度分析

摘要

引入公众满意度理论,立足民众,针对广大市民对政府实施的渭河公园景观水体工程的态度,在总结与参考了其他研究成果的基础上,构建了公众满意度四级指标评价体系,并以此为依据设计调查问卷.选取了196名调查对象,通过问卷调查形式了解公众的心理状况.采用可拓评价方法对公众满意度进行测算.结果说明,在196名调查者中,有86.46％的人对政府实施这项景观水体工程持比较满意态度.总体看来,宝鸡市市民对渭河公园景观水体工程持支持态度.%By introducing the public satisfaction theory, the 4-grade evaluation index system of public satisfaction was established on the basis of the public attitude towards waterscape project in Weihe Park as well as other research fruits. Questionnaires were designed and handed out to 196 respondents to investigate psychological status of the public. Then extension evaluation was adopted to figure out the public satisfaction degree, and the results showed that 86.46% of the respondents were relatively satisfied with the waterscape project. Therefore, citizens of Baoji City held a positive attitude towards the waterscape project in Weihe Park.
