[目的]建立苹果粉中五氯硝基苯能力验证的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用检测方法.[方法]通过采用不同的考核样品前处理方法,选用不同的萃取溶剂和净化方式,探索最有利于考核样品检测的前处理方法.[结果]在0.01~0.05 μg/mL浓度范围内,该方法线性关系良好,在0.01~0.05 μg/mL加标范围内其回收率为98.90% ~110.00%.[结论]采用该方法进行五氯硝基苯的能力验证,能有效提高考核样品检测的准确度.%[Objective]A multiresidue analytical ability was developed for determination of quintozene in apple by gas chromatomatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).[Method]By using different pretreatment methods,different extraction solvents and purification methods were selected to explore the most favorable pretreatment method for sample inspection.[Result]In the concentration range of 0.01-0.05 μg/mL, this method had good linearity,in the 0.01-0.05 μg/mL standard within the scope of the recovery rate was 98.90% -110.00%.[Conclusion]Employing the method to verify quintozene can effectively improve the detection accuracy of test samples.
