延香梨化学药剂疏花疏果效果研究

摘要

[目的]研究化学药剂对延香梨疏花疏果的效果.[方法]以延香梨为试材,选用6-BA、乙烯利、GA3等化学药剂进行疏花疏果试验.[结果]400 mg/L乙烯利+50 mg/L GA3处理的疏除效果最好,6-BA 150 mg/L和300 mg/L乙烯利+50 mg/L GA3平均单果重明显高于对照,各处理果形指数、可溶性固形物与对照无显著差异.6-BA 150 mg/L处理的可滴定酸含量显著高于对照.[结论]该研究为延香梨化学疏花疏果提供参考.%[Objective]To study the effect of thinning flower and fruit in Yanxiang pear by chemical agent.[Method] With Yanxiang pear as ma-terial,the experiment was carried out by using the chemical agents of 6-BA,ethylene and GA3.[Result] Hydrophobic effect of 400 mg/L ethep-hon+50 mg/L GA3treatment was best,the average single fruit weight of 150 mg/L 6-BA+300 mg/L ethephon+50 mg/L GA3was significantly better than that of control,there was no significant difference between the fruit shape index,total soluble solids of treatment and control. The ti-tratable acid content of 6-BA 150 mg/L was significantly higher than that of control.[Conclusion]The study provides a reference for thinning flower and fruit of the pear by chemical agent.
