雾霾价值损失的市场评估技术研究

摘要

Since 2013,the regional context of widespread haze in China has become the focus problem of the environmental protection department. Many domestic and foreign research scholars of Environmental Science and Engineering have done a large number of research for haze composition,cause and harm,but the research about economic losses caused by haze is rare. The key to regional atmospheric haze prevention and control is effective prevention strategy and rule,which is based on scientific assessment of the loss of value of haze. Therefore,the research group targets the special study of market assessment techniques for the loss of value of haze and explores six market assessment methods.%2013年以来,中国区域范围内雾霾的广泛出现,使得雾霾已经成为环保部门需重点解决的突出问题.国内外许多环境科学工程学者对雾霾的构成、起因和危害做了大量的研究,然而对雾霾造成的经济损失研究较为少见.防治大气雾霾,有效防治策略和规则的制定是关键,对雾霾价值损失的科学评估是制定有效防治对策的基础.为此,课题组针对性地对雾霾价值损失的市场评估技术做了专门研究,探究了六种市场评估方法.
