加强学报作者、审稿专家及编辑队伍建设的实践

摘要

In order to adapt the development of our academy’s discipline’s construction under the new situation, and improve the journal’s window function serving the academy, by combining with the actual work in the editorial department of journal of air force early warning academy (JAFEWA), this article discusses the practice for enhancing the level and quality of papers in terms of authors, reviewers and the construction of editorial team. Practice shows that these experiences are feasible for enhancing the academic quality and impacts.%为了适应新形势下我院学科建设的发展，提升学报服务军校的窗口职能，结合《空军预警学院学报》编辑部的工作实际，从作者、审稿专家和编辑队伍建设三方面探讨了学报提高稿件水平和质量的做法：热心培养研究生和年青教员作者、实行“优稿快发优酬”，坚持评选优秀论文(作者)活动，以形成高水平作者队伍；重视审稿专家的遴选和管理、建立动态审稿专家数据库，开展评选优秀审稿人活动，以建立稳定的审稿专家队伍；编辑积极参加业务培训和学术交流，撰写发表期刊研究论文，强化服务意识，以提高编辑的综合素质。实践证明，这些做法有效提升了学报的学术质量和影响力。
