集成式有源箝位正激磁集成变换器小信号建模

         

摘要

为探究磁集成技术对集成式有源箝位正激磁集成变换器性能的影响,以集成式有源箝位正激变换器为基础,根据集成磁件的磁路-电路对偶变换法,结合状态空间平均法,提出了集成式有源箝位正激磁集成变换器的小信号建模方法,对有源箝位正激变换器、集成式有源箝位正激变换器及其磁集成变换进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,集成式有源箝位正激磁集成变换器可以降低输入电流、原边线圈电流,减小变压器损耗,且具有更小的输出滤波电感电流纹波,从而验证了该变换器小信号模型的可行性。%To find the influence of integrated magnetics technology on the performance of an integrated converter with integrated active clamp forward initiation, based on a converter with integrated active clamp forward initiation, this paper proposes a small signal modeling method of integrated converter with integrated active clamp forward initiation, and performs simulations on an active clamp forward initiation converter, a converter with integrated active clamp forward initiation and integrated magnetics transformation, according to the dual transformation method for the magnetic circuit of integrated magnetic components and the circuit, and combining the state space active clamp averaging method. Simulation results show an integrated converter with integrated active clamp forward initiation can lower the input current and the primary coil current, reduce the transformer loss, and has a smaller ripple of output filtering inductor current, thus proving the feasibility of small signal model for this converter circuit.
