河北省是谷子生产大省,种植面积一直位居中国前列,尤其以山区丘陵地带居多。河北省太行山区是河北省谷子种植面积最大的地区,其发展潜力很大,但目前也存在着诸多限制因素。为了实现太行山区谷子持续、快速发展,促使农民增收、社会增效,故以武安市谷子生产调研为例,利用专家访谈、实地调研和Excel表格分析等方法,分析河北省太行山区谷子生产现状。通过调查得出：河北省太行山区谷子生产受到劳动者素质低,劳动群体由老年、妇女组成,平均年龄52.8岁,小学文化占53.7%;几乎全部农民对补贴制度不清楚;生产分散、产业零连接;机械化水平较低。最后从5个方面提出发展建议。%Hebei Province is the big province producing foxtail millet, the planting area has been the highest in China, especially in the mountainous areas. The Taihang Mountain Area is the biggest millet producing area in Hebei Province, development potentiality is very good, but there are many limiting factors in the foxtail millet production. In order to achieve the sustained and rapid development of foxtail millet production of the Taihang Mountains Area, increase farmers’income, and enhance social efficiency, the current situation of foxtail millet production was analyzed based on production investigation, expert interview and table analysis conducted in Wu’an City. It is found that the foxtail millet production was mainly affected by the low quality workers and labor group consisting of the old age and women with an average age of 52.8 years and the primary school culture accounting for 53.7% . Almost all the farmers did not understand subsidy system. There were decentralized production, no industry connections, and low mechanization level in the foxtail millet production of the Taihang Mountains Area. Five suggestions for promoting the foxtail millet production of the Taihang Mountains Area were presented and discussed.
