盐环定扬黄工程水资源管理现状与对策

The outher took the water demand by every user as the study target which was in Ningxia water supply area of the Yanhuanding Pumping Engineering Project, accorded to basis of need by providing, analysised the reasonable configuration and measure for the water resource , offered a resolving strategy and a powerful guarantee to operate well for the Yanhuanding engineering project.%按照以供定需的原则，根据盐环定扬黄工程宁夏受水区各用户需水量，分析水资源合理配置的思路及存在的主要问题，提出相应的解决对策，为盐环定扬黄工程的良性运行提供有益的参考。
