鹰嘴豆芽素A对多种肿瘤细胞株抑制效果的研究

         

摘要

目的:研究鹰嘴豆芽素A对多种肿瘤细胞株抑制率的影响。方法 MTT法测定鹰嘴豆芽素A对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用,根据测得的OD值计算肿瘤细胞抑制率,计算出 IC50(半数抑制浓度)值。结果鹰嘴豆芽素A对人类结肠癌细胞(HT-29),人前列腺癌细胞(PC-3),人肺癌细胞(NCI-H157),人宫颈癌(Hela),人乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)的IC 50分别为28.37±2.35μM,19.16±3.08μM,9.26±1.98μM,35.65±2.07μM和37.38±2.65μM。相对其他细胞株而言,对人肺癌细胞NCI-H157的抑制作用最为显著。鹰嘴豆芽素A对正常细胞非洲绿猴肾细胞( Vero)的IC50为134.06±2.62μM,表明其对正常的细胞毒性较小。结论鹰嘴豆芽素A对被检测的多种肿瘤细胞株均有一定的抑制效果。%Objective This study was designed to explore the inhibitory effect of Biochanin A towards several tumor cell lines.Methods MTT assay was used to detect the inhibitory effect of Biochanin A towards several tumor cell lines. The IC50 values were obtained according to OD values. Results Our results showedthatBiochaninAsignifi-cantlyinhibitedseveraltumorcelllines growth,includinghuman colon cancer cells (HT-29,IC50:28.37 ±2.35 μM),hu-manprostatecancer cells ( PC -3, IC 50: 19.16 ± 3.08 μM),humanlungcancer cells ( NCI -H157, IC 50:9.26 ±1.98 μM) , humancervical cancer cells ( Hela, IC50:35.65 ±2.07 μM) andhumanbreast cancer cells (MCF -7, IC50: 37.38 ±2.65 μM), suggesting that NCI -H157 cell line is the most sensitive.However, the IC50 of African green monkey kidney ( Vero ) cellswas 134.06 ± 2.62 μM.Conclusions Biochanin A can inhibit significantly the growth of several tumor cell lines.
