经阴道超声检查在多囊卵巢综合征临床诊断中的应用价值

摘要

目的：探讨经阴道超声检查用于临床诊断多囊卵巢综合征（ Polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS）的价值。方法对2012年6月～2014月6月贵州航天医院妇科门诊接诊的47例多囊卵巢综合征患者（ PCOS组）和同期40例体检健康的育龄期志愿者妇女（对照组）行阴道B超检查，根据检查所得参数计算所有女性卵巢体积（ ovary volume，OV）、卵巢间质面积（ stromal area，SA）、卵巢总面积（ total area，TA）、SA／TA值、卵泡数量（ follicles number， FN）5项卵巢相关指标，并对两组数据差异进行对比分析。结果 PCOS组患者平均卵泡数量、卵泡容积均明显大于健康对照组（ P＜0.01）；同时两组平均卵巢间质面积、卵巢总面积、SA／TA值尤其是SA／TA值存在明显差异（ P＜0.01）。结论经阴道超声检查能够显示高分辨率的卵巢形态结构图像，为临床诊断PCOS提供理论支持。%Objective To investigate the application of transvaginal sonography in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS).Methods Ovary volume(OV),Stromal area(SA),Total area(TA),stro-mal area/total area ratio( S/T) andfollicles number( FN) of 47 cases patients with PCOS( PCOS group) and 40 volunteer women controls( Control group) into Gui-Zhou spaceflight hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were measured by transvaginal sonography,the difference of data between two groups were comparatively analysed.Results FN,OV in P-COS group were more than those in Control group(P<0.01);SA,TA and S/T-ratio,especially the latter,were signifi-cantly different betwee two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions Transvaginal sonographycan display the ovarian morphology images with high resolution,and which can provide theoretical support for the clinical diagnosis of PCOS.
