小儿腹部肿块的超声诊断与鉴别诊断

摘要

Objective The application of ultrasound in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of abdominal mass of chil-dren′s research methods.Methods Randomly selected in 2012 December to 2013 December in our hospital treatment of pediatric abdominal mass in 78 patients, through the analysis of operation, pathology and cytology, and clinical treat-ment, differential diagnosis, summarize the sonographic features of pediatric abdominal mass mass.Results The non tumor mass in 31 cases, accounting for more than 39.7%, 47 cases of tumor patients, accounted for 60.3%.Among them, 43 cases of malignant tumor.Ultrasonic diagnosis and pathological data structure comparison, the correct rate of 79.6%;and operation control, positioning accuracy of 92.3%;in 12 cases the diagnosis is not clear, 3 cases misdiag-nosed.Conclusions Ultrasonography for examination of children abdominal tumor size, location, nature and the rela-tionship with adjacent organs, whether metastasis occurred complications, plays an important role, is an effective inspec-tion method.%目的：探究小儿腹部肿块的超声诊断与鉴别诊断方法的应用。方法选取2012年12月～2013年12月治疗的小儿腹部肿块患者78例，通过分析手术、病理及细胞学检查结果，以及临床治疗，总结小儿腹部肿块的声像图特征、肿块鉴别要点。结果非肿瘤性肿块31例，占比39.7％，47例肿瘤患者，占比为60.3％。其中，43例恶性肿瘤。超声诊断结构与病理资料对比，正确率79.6％；与手术对照，定位准确率92.3％；12例患者诊断不明确，3例误诊。结论超声检查对于检查小儿腹部肿块大小、部位、性质及与相邻脏器关系，是否出现转移灶、并发症等具有重要作用，是一种有效的检查方法。
