A modified benzoxazine matrix resin(BEP) which can be used for advanced composite was prepared through the blend of Mbenzoxazine( BOZ-M), F-51epoxy resin and N ovolac resin. The BEP resin-cast and its E-glass-cloth laminate were prepared as well.The test results indicated that the curing temperature of BEP resin was lower compared with BOZ-M resin. The BEP resin cast had excellent heat-resistance and mechanical properties. The glass transition temperature( Tg ) and the elongation at break of the cast were improved to 220℃ and 2.7% , respectively. The BEP/E-glass cloth laminate had high strength and modulous at room temperature ,and it also had excellent retention of mechanical properties at 180℃.%将二胺型苯并噁嗪(BOZ-M)与F-51环氧树脂和线性酚醛树脂共混,得到改性BOZ-M玻璃纤维增强层压复合材料基体树脂(BEP),并制备了相应的浇注体和E玻璃布层压板,采用DSC,DMA,TMA等手段考察其固化行为、尺寸稳定性及力学性能等,并采用SEM研究其浇注体断面形貌结构.结果表明,与BOZ-M相比,改性树脂BEP的固化反应向低温移动,凝胶化时间缩短;浇注体玻璃化转变温度提高至220℃,断裂伸长率提高至2.7%,力学性能优异;BEP/E玻璃布层压复合材料常温下具有较高的强度与模量,在180℃热态条件下有很高的力学性能保留率.
