战备物资储备能力生成模式

摘要

战备物资储备能力生成模式研究是战备物资储备能力建设的客观需求.首先,根据战备物资储备能力的特点,提出了"要素增量"的概念,阐述了要素增量的内涵、机理;其次,借鉴马尔科夫随机过程建模思想,定量分析了战储能力要素增量间的关系,构建了战储能力生成模式的动态模型,为深入研究战备物资储备能力生成问题提供了理论参考.%The research on war reserve materiel capability generation pattern is the objective need of war reserve materiel capability building.This paper proposes the conception of factor-increment based on the features of war reserve materiel capability, of which the connotation is deeply expounded, and then based on the idea of Markov random process modeling, the relationship between different factor-increments is analyzed quantitatively.Finally the dynamic model of war reserve materiel capability generation is established, which may provide theoretical references for deepening the research on war reserve materiel capability generation.
