战区陆军装备保障体系建设总体构想

摘要

以陆军转型建设发展为契机, 分析了新时代战区陆军装备保障体系的概念内涵、特性以及战区陆军装备保障能力需求.以保障任务界面划分为基础, 以指挥体系、力量体系、协调机制为支撑, 搭建了"内聚外联"的战区陆军装备保障体系架构;以"适度建用分离""战区主战主导"为原则规划设计了战区陆军装备保障体系的建设流程和具体分工.研究成果可为提升战区陆军装备保障能力, 加速推进战区陆军转型建设提供理论参考.%Taking the development of the Army's transformation and construction as an opportunity, this paper analyzes the conceptual connotation and characteristics of the equipment support system and the needs of the equipment support capability of theater army in the new era.Based on the division of the support task interface, the architecture of the Army's equipment support system in the theater from the command system, strength system, and coordination mechanism is built.Based on the principle of"moderate separation of construction and use"and"theater leads and dominates battle", the construction process and specific division of work of the equipment support system of the theater army are designed.The research results provide a theoretical reference for improving equipment support capability and promoting the transformation and construction of theater army.
