改良Block修补术治疗直肠前突型便秘63例体会

摘要

目的 探讨改良Block修补术治疗直肠前突型便秘的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2006年5月至2010年6月采用改良Block修补术治疗的63例直肠前突型便秘病人的临床效果.结果 术后随访6个月,病人经改良Block修补术治疗后痊愈34例、显效18例、有效11例.无并发症,疗效满意.结论 改良Block修补术是治疗直肠前突型便秘的一种简单、有效的手术方法.%Objective To investigate the treatment efficacy of improved Block repair for rectocele constipation. Methods The clinical effects of 63 cases of rectocele constipation treated by improved Block repair during May 2006 to June 2010 were analyzed. Results During a follow-up period of 6 months,34 cases were cured, 18 cases obtained markedly effective outcome and 11 cases effective outcome. No complications occurred. The treatment efficacy was satisfactory. Conclusion Improved Block repair is a simple and effective surgical method to treat rectocele constipation.
