肝动脉化疗栓塞术加或不加射频消融治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床研究

摘要

目的探讨经肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合超声引导下射频消融(RFA)治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法对2013年1月至2014年5月行 TACE 联合 RFA 治疗的81例中晚期原发性肝癌病人资料进行回顾性分析,并与同期单独行 TACE 的99例中晚期原发性肝癌病人进行疗效比较。结果TACE 联合 RFA 治疗的中晚期原发性肝癌病人疗效明显好于单纯行 TACE 组病人,TACE联合 RFA 组在肿瘤的疾病控制率(93.8%)、完全缓解率(13.6%)及部分缓解率(44.4%)均优于单纯行 TACE 组(76.8%、5.1%、30.3%),P <0.05；AFP 下降水平也优于单纯行 TACE 组(P <0.05)。结论TACE 联合 RFA 治疗中晚期原发性肝癌疗效好,可做临床推广。%Objective To explore the efficacies of transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoemboliza-tion (TACE)plus ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA)in the treatment of advanced hep-atocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods From January 2013 to May 2014,81 patients with advanced HCC underwent TACE plus ultrasound-guided RFA.And their efficacies were compared with 99 counterparts with advanced HCC undergoing TACE alone.The clinical data of these patients were an-alyzed retrospectively.Results Compared to TACE alone ,TACE plus RFA demonstrated statistical-ly significant benefits in disease control rate,complete remission rate,partial remission rate and a de-cline of alpha fetal protein (AFP).Conclusions Compared to TACE alone,TACE plus RFA offers better therapeutic efficacies for advanced HCC.
