目前工程施工招投标中存在的问题及改进措施

During the construction bidding process,there is confusion in the tender agent market,tender agency staff quality,tender documents;Tender agent fees are not executed by rules,there are many common problems such as to borrow the qualification,to accompany bidding and etc.Through strengthening the management and supervision departments to develop effective management practices,control and restraint in all aspects of the bidding,construction bidding can ensure the orderly conduct of the tender market.%目前工程施工招投标过程中,存在招标代理市场混乱、招标代理机构人员素质、招标文件、招标代理收费不按规定执行、借用资质、陪标、围标普遍等问题。通过加强行业主管和监督部门的管理,制定行之有效的管理办法,控制和约束招投标的各个环节,既可保证工程施工招投标市场的有序进行。
