大连雨情信息整合系统的设计与实现

摘要

本文针对大连市水文、水务、气象雨情信息不共享，且没有对外公开这一问题，设计开发了大连雨情信息整合系统。该系统的实现有效解决了上述问题，为进一步推动大连市水务现代化具有重要意义。%For hydrology,water,meteorological rainfall information in Dalian City is not shared,and there is no problem publicly,This paper address the design and development of Dalian rainfall information integration systems.the Implement of this system effectively solve the above problems ,is of great significance to further promote the modernization of Dalian City waterworks.
