小水电的综合效益分析

摘要

In recent years,the rapid development of China’s small hydropower,the energy output of small hy-dropower in 2010 is 4.83 percent of total national electricity generating capacity.Small hydropower benefits not only reflected in the direct economic benefits ,but also in alternative fuel thermal power savings ,reducing the indirect benefits of environmental pollution.A comprehensive analysis of the overall efficiency of small hy-dropower can promote economic growth mode transforming to intensive mode.%近年来，我国小水电发展迅速，2010年全国小水电发电量占总发电量的4.83%。小水电的效益不只体现在直接经济效益上，还体现在替代火电节约燃料、减少环境污染的间接效益上。全面分析小水电的综合效益，能推进经济增长方式向集约型转变。
