工业内窥镜在水工混凝土检测中的应用

摘要

Hydraulic concrete is large volume concrete ,which internal defects and other quality problems can not be directly inspected after many years.By advanced industrial endoscope, the internal quality of hydraulic concrete is collected,and the internal surface of concrete is analyzed.Accordingly, the purpose of the internal quality inspection of concrete is realized.In addition ,the instrument can also be applied to surface quality in-spection underwater concrete,at the same time,with the method of core drilling and Exploration Radar and other technical means,the test results can be more accurate and more convincing.It has a broad application prospect.%水工混凝土多为大体积混凝土，经多年运行后，其内部存在的缺陷等质量问题难以直观检测诊断。通过采用先进的工业内窥镜，对水工混凝土内部质量进行图像采集，分析内表面混凝土缺陷情况，实现对混凝土内部质量检测的目的。另外，本仪器还可以应用到对水下混凝土表观质量的检测中，同时配合钻芯法及探地雷达等技术手段，使检测结果更准确，更有说服力，具有广阔的应用前景。
