阿尔塔什厂房交通桥不同跨径钢桥比选

摘要

装配式钢桥以其结构简单轻巧、安装快速、成本低廉、构件可互换重复使用、拆除方便、组合形式多样、用途广泛及适应性较强等特点，同时具备承载力大、结构刚性强、疲劳寿命长等优点，在水利水电工程的大中型项目中广泛使用，并发挥了重要作用。文章以阿尔塔什厂房交通桥钢桥方案为例，通过对钢桥的不同跨径、组合形式、工程布置、施工导流、施工进度及投资概算等方面全方位进行了详细的比较分析，选定三排单层加强型单跨36.58m跨径为推荐方案。从中得出的比选结论为其他水利工程同类比选所借鉴。%With the character of simple and lightweight structure,rapid installation,low cost,interchangeable components reuse,demolition convenient,combination forms,extensive uses and strong adaptability,prefabri-cated steel bridge has been widely used in large and medium-sized projects of water resources and hydropower engineering.This paper take traffic bridge of Altashi Workshop as an example ,through the comparison in terms of different span,combination form,engineering layout,construction diversion and construction progress and e-conomy,the three row single layer reinforced single span 36.58m span is chosen as the recommended scheme. The conclusion drawn from the comparison and selection can be a reference to other similar water conservancy projects.
