吉林市山洪灾害评价

摘要

山洪灾害调查与评价是山洪灾害防治体系非工程措施的重要组成部分。其评价内容包括沿河村落设计暴雨、设计洪水计算、防洪现状评价与预警指标分析。文中重点介绍了采用暴雨推求洪水的方法，进行山洪灾害评价计算，结合吉林市梨树川村2社计算实例，给出了梨树川村2社不同频率的暴雨、洪峰流量、现状防洪能力与预警指标值。%The investigation and evaluation of mountain flood disaster is an important part of non engineering measures in the flood disaster prevention system.The evaluation includes the design storm calculation where the villages located along the river ,design- flood calculation ,flood control situation assessment and early-warning index analysis.This paper focuses on the steps and methods of the assessment of mountain torrents disasters,and set the Jilin City pear Chuan Cun 2 agency as an example to demonstrate different frequencies of rainstorm,flood peak flow,present situation of flood control capacity and early warning indicator of the typical villages along the river.The evaluation of mountain flood disaster evaluation provides certain reference for other counties of mountain flood disaster.
