以α-SiC 为原始粉体,采用1800℃热压烧结工艺制备了 BAS/ SiC 复合材料。利用阿基米德排水法、XRD、SEM、三点弯曲和单边切口梁法等分析测试手段研究了复合材料的致密度、物相组成、断口形貌及室温力学性能。实验结果表明,随着 BAS 含量的增加,复合材料的致密度增大,其相应的力学性能也有很大的提高。而复合材料的物相不受 BAS 含量的影响,只有六方 BAS 和α-SiC 两相组成。%BAS / SiC composites were fabricated with original α-SiC powders by hot-pressing at 1 800℃. Densification,phase composition,fracture micrographs and room-temperature mechanical properties of the composites were studied by means of Archimedesˊ principle,XRD,SEM and three-point bending methods. The results showed the relative densities of the composites increased for improving BAS content,correspondingly,the mechanical properties of the composites increased. Only two crystalline phases were found in the composites,i. e. hexacelsian(H-BAS)and α-SiC,without effect of BAS content.
