目的：探讨手术治疗联合药物治疗腹壁子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法：分析剖宫产后腹壁子宫内膜异位症患者40例临床资料，根据手术治疗方式不同分为观察组（手术治疗联合药物治疗组）20例和对照组（手术治疗组）20例。结果：观察组腹壁子宫内膜异位症患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组腹壁子宫内膜异位症患者治疗后CA125均明显优于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：手术治疗联合药物治疗腹壁子宫内膜异位症临床疗效明显，效果良好，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the surgical treatment of combination of drugs in the treatment of abdominal wall endometriosis cura-tive effect. Method To analyze the abdominal wall after cesarean section obstetrics and gynecology hospital clinical data of 40 patients with endometriosis,depending on the surgical treatment were divided into observation group( 20 cases surgical treatment with drug therapy group)and control group(20 cases surgical treatment group). Results Observation group of patients with abdominal wall endometriosis clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,two groups of abdominal wall endometriosis patients after treatment CA125 were significantly better than the before treatment,the results of the study of the differences were statistically significant( P﹤0. 05) . Conclusion Surgical treatment combination of drugs in the treatment of abdominal wall endometriosis clinical curative effect is obvious and good,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
