目的：观察甲硝唑联合氟哌酸治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎临床效果。方法：选取300例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者，将其分为对照组和试验组各150例。对照组给予青霉素+氯霉素治疗，试验组给予甲硝唑+氟哌酸治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：对照组总有效率为70％，试验组总有效率为95.33％，且治疗后试验组听力改善及不良反应均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：甲硝唑联合氟哌酸治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎疗效确切，不良反应少，值得临床推广。%Objective To observe tje clinical effect of metronidazole and norfloxacin in treatment of cjronic suppurative otitis media. Method 300 cases of patients witj cjronic suppurative otitis media were cjosed,Tjey were divided into experiment group and con-trol group,150 cases in eacj. Tje control group was given penicillin and cjlorampjenicol treatment,tje experimental group was given met-ronidazole and norfloxacin treatment,tje treatment effects were compared between tje two groups. Results In tje control group,tje total ef-fective rate was 70%,tje total effective rate was 95. 33% in tje experimental group,and tje treatment of experimental group after jearing improvement and adverse reactions were better tjan tje control group. Tje differece was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Metronidazole and norfloxacin in tje treatment of cjronic suppurative otitis media jas curative effect,less adverse reaction,it is wortj tje clinical promotion.
