支气管舒张剂联合雾化吸入在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗中的价值

摘要

Objective To investigate clinical effect of bronchodilator joint nebulized in treatment patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The clinical records of 94 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were reviewed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(91.49%) was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The expected values of FEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The bronchodilator joint nebulized in treatment patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,have significant clinical efficacy.%目的：探讨分析支气管舒张剂联合雾化吸入在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析94例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床记录资料。结果：治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为91.49%，高于对照组的74.47%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组的FEV1、FEV1/FVC以及FEV1%预计值均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：支气管舒张剂联合雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效显著，具有推广价值。
