Objective To investigate relationship between serum uric acid level and blood lipid and blood glucose in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus glucose and effect of cardiovascular diseases. Method 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as obser-vation group,on blood uric acid levels,blood lipid and blood glucose levels of analysis. The control group of 60 cases of retired veteran ca-dres worker,the body in good condition. Two groups of cases are no significant differences in age,sex(P ﹥ 0. 05). Two groups of cases after normal height,weight,blood pressure testing,the day before it was prohibited to use high purine diet,drugs,to ban the use of impact uric acid in venous blood was collected for testing this morning. Results Observation group of blood uric acid,blood sugar,high density lipopro-tein cholesterol levels,high urine in patients with hypertension,coronary heart disease,the incidence of dyslipidemia was higher than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). On the prevalence of hypertension,coronary heart disease,dyslipidemia,high uric acid hematic disease in the ob-servation group had a higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion High uric acid hematic disease is a risk fac-tor for middle - aged and old patients with type 2 diabetes,control of blood uric acid is helpful for the recovery of patients with type 2 diabe-tes.%目的：探讨中老年2型糖尿病患者的血尿酸水平与血脂血糖之间的代谢关系和对心脑血管疾病的影响。方法：选择2型糖尿病患者60例作为观察组，进行有关血尿酸水平、血脂和血糖水平的分析。对照组为60例老干部职工，身体状况良好。两组病例在年龄、性别上差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。两组病例在经过常规的身高、体重、血压的检测以后，在前一天禁止使用高嘌呤类饮食，禁止使用影响尿酸的药物，在次日凌晨采集静脉血进行检测。结果：观察组的血尿酸、血糖、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、高尿血症患者患高血压、冠心病、血脂异常的几率要高于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。在高血压、冠心病、血脂异常的患病率上，观察组中高尿酸血症的患心脑血管疾病的几率更高，（P ﹤0.05）。结论：高尿酸血症是中老年2型糖尿病患者的危险因素，控制血尿酸有助于2型糖尿病患者的康复。
