Objective To analyze the effect of prevention and health care on children with dental caries fluoride foam. Method 1 000 cases of children were randomly selected as the observation group,they were treated with fluoride foam to protect the teeth,at the same time 500 children were selected as control group,receiving sham fluoride to protect teeth,in the two groups the incidence of dental caries in chil-dren were compared. Results In the observation group,after the use of dental caries incidence of 11. 4% ,the control group after the use of dental caries incidence of 40% ,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). the mineralization rate of the observation group was 40. 7% ,the remineralization rate of the control group was 28. 4% ,two group of comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion Fluoride foam can be effective in preventing dental caries in children,promote the remineralization of teeth,the effect is remarkable.%目的：分析氟泡沫对小儿龋齿的预防保健效果。方法：随机选取1000例儿童作为观察组，予以氟化泡沫保护牙齿，同时选取同期儿童500例作为对照组，接受假氟化保护牙齿，对比两组儿童龋齿发生率。结果：观察组儿童使用后龋齿发生率11.4％，对照组使用后龋齿发生率40％，差异有显著统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。观察组使用后再矿化率40.7％，对照组使用后再矿化率28.4％，两组对比，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：氟化泡沫可有效预防儿童龋齿，促进牙齿再矿化，效果显著。
