护理干预在腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石患者中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨护理干预在腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石患者中的应用价值。方法：以接受腹腔镜手术治疗的82例胆囊结石患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，分别进行护理干预（观察组）和常规护理（对照组）。比较两组患者首次肛门排气时间、住院时间、镇痛药使用、并发症、患者满意度及 SAS、SDS、GIQLI 评分。结果：观察组首次肛门排气时间、住院时间明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。观察组镇痛药使用率、并发症发生率、患者满意度分别为9.76％、7.32％、95.12％，对照组镇痛药使用率、并发症发生率、患者满意度分别为26.83％、21.95％、75.61％，组间差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。干预前，两组 SAS、SDS、GIQLI 评分差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。干预后，观察组 SAS、SDS、GIQLI 分别为（30.27±8.51）分、（32.49±6.17）分、（125.07±4.28）分；对照组 SAS、SDS、GIQLI 分别为（38.66±7.42）分、（43.98±7.29）分、（113.69±3.17）分。两组各项评分比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：对腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石患者进行护理干预能够有效降低并发症发生率，提高患者生活质量。%Objective To investigate the value of nursing intervention in macroscopic surgery for gallstone patients. Method 82 cases of macroscopic surgery gallstone patients were selected as research object and randomly divided into two groups:nursing intervention(study group)and usual care(control group). First flatus time,hospital stay,analgesic use,complications,patient satisfaction and SAS,SDS,GIQ-LI score of the two groups were compared. Results The first flatus,length of hospital stay was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). In the observation group analgesic usage,complication rates,patient satisfaction were 9. 76% ,7. 32% ,95. 12% ,respectively,in the control group analgesic usage,complication rates,the patient satisfaction were 26. 83% , 21. 95% ,75. 61% ,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05)between the two groups. Before the interven-tion,SAS,SDS,GIQLI score of the two groups weren't significant difference(P ﹥ 0. 05). After the intervention,SAS,SDS,GIQLI of the ob-servation group were(30. 27 ± 8. 51)points,(32. 49 ± 6. 17)points,(125. 07 ± 4. 28)points,respectively;SAS,SDS,GIQLI of the control group were(38. 66 ± 7. 42),points,(43. 98 ± 7. 29)points,(113. 69 ± 3. 17)points,respectively. Scores between the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Macroscopic surgery in patients with gallstone nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
