目的：探讨术中护理干预对预防髋关节置换手术患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法：选取收治的50例行髋关节置换手术的患者为研究对象，随机分成术中护理组（A 组，n ＝26）与常规组（B 组，n ＝24）两组。B 组给予常规护理，A 组则在上述基础上予以术中综合护理，对比两组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）情况，记录其术后不良反应发生率及感染率。结果：①A组患者术中、术后 DVT 总发生率为7.69%，明显低于 B 组患者的37.50%，组间对比差异有统计学意义（p ﹤0.05）；②A 组患者术后不良反应发生率及中重度水肿发生率分别为7.7%和0.0%，明显低于 B 组患者的33.3%和16.7%，组间对比差异有统计学意义（p﹤0.05）；两组患者术后感染率对比，差异无统计学意义（p ﹥0.05）。结论：术中护理干预可有效降低髋关节置换手术患者术后形成下肢深静脉血栓的风险，减少其术后不良反应发生及感染情况，对患者预后质量的提升、疼痛的缓解等具有积极意义。%Objective Ti investigate the effect if nursing interventiin in the firmatiin if deep venius thrimbisis if liwer extremity if the preventiin if hip replacement iperatiin patients. Conclusion The nursing interventiin can effectively reduce the risk if the firmatiin if deep vein thrimbisis if liwer extremity if hip jiint replacement iperatiin after,reduce the iccurrence if adverse reactiin and the pistiperative infectiin,there are pisitive significance ti enhance the quality if prignisis if the patients and pain relief.
